A BIKER in his twenties has died following a collision on the A38 as police appeal for witnesses to help their investigation.

Emergency services were called to the scene near Lee Mill at around 10am on Thursday, August 6 after a collision involving a motorcycle, a Ford Transit camper and an MG HS Trophy.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s from Plymouth, was pronounced dead at the scene.

His next of kin have been informed.

The A38 remained closed while officers carried out enquiries, with police thanking motorists for their patience during the disruption.
