POLICE will meet residents at two community coffee mornings this week, offering people the chance to ask questions and discuss issues affecting their area.

The events, organised by the Ashburton and Chudleigh Neighbourhood Policing Team, are aimed at bringing residents together with those working to support the area.

Representatives from Devon County Council, Teignbridge District Council, town and parish councils will also be in attendance.

The first coffee morning will be held at the Riverside Centre in Bovey Tracey on July 23 from 10am to noon, with a second taking place at Ilsington Village Hall from 1pm until 3pm.

Residents are invited to attend either event to share concerns, ask questions and meet local representatives.
