STAFF at a Dawlish plumbing and heating company are to benefit from a new package to help employees during the cost of living crisis.

RGB Plumbing and Heating, which has a branch at Exeter Road, Dawlish Warren, has announced a financial support package to help its staff.

The Independent Builders Merchants Group, which includes RGB, is providing employees with a one-loft winter payment of £500 in January to help with rising bills.

In addition, through the company’s ‘perks package’, the Dawlish employees will receive discounts on a range of essentials including groceries, clothing, mobile phones, household bills and insurance.

The group has also launched an employee purchase scheme which provide discounts on a variety of energy saving products such as insulation draft proofing which help staff to manage rising energy costs.

‘The initiatives are to assist our employees and their families during this extraordinary times and help safe guard them against future increases in the cost of living.’
