MAGISTRATES have fined a Newton Abbot man for breaching a court order.

Richard Maddison, 27, care of an address in Tudor Road, has admitted breaching a violence protection order made by magistrates in Exeter by making direct contact with a man and woman.

A complaint was made for a penalty for the breach on February 28.

Maddison admitted the breach and was fined £25.

A further breach of the order was made on the same date that Maddison entered an address in Newton Abbot and a complaint was also made.

Maddison admitted that breach.
