RESIDENTS are being encouraged to attend a community meeting with their local police team at Buckfastleigh Town Hall.

The ‘Talk with Your Local Police Team’ event will take place from 6pm to 7pm on Friday, June 12, and offers an opportunity for people to raise concerns, report crime and antisocial behaviour, and seek advice on crime prevention and personal safety.

Police officers will be on hand to listen to local issues and discuss matters affecting the community.

Those unable to attend are reminded that crimes and concerns can still be reported through the police website.

Organisers are also urging residents to take part in a local priority survey, helping police identify issues that matter most to the community and shape future policing priorities.
