A SPEEDER was fined £123 for breaking the limit on a bridge over the A38.
Adam Jowitt, aged 38, of Cypress Close, Torquay, admitted driving a Peugeot van at more than 60mph on the Horsebrook Lane Overbridge at South Brent.
His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points and he must pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and £34 to fund victim services.
