A KINGSTEIGNTON woman has denied a drink-driving charge.
Joanne Scammell, aged 55, of Fouracre Way, pleaded not guilty to the charge of driving a Vauxhall Corsa while over the limit at Longfield Avenue, Kingsteignton. It is alleged she gave a reading of 87 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
She was remanded on unconditional bail until May 5 for a trial.
