A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a north Devon man charged with drug offences at Mamhead.

Timothy Raine, 38, of Bideford, is accused of driving on the A380 near Mamhead on January 1 2022 while the proportion of drugs in his blood exceeded the prescribed limit.

On the same date, near Mamhead, he is charged with possession of Ketamine, a Class B drug contrary to the Misuse of Drugs Act and driving while the proportion of Ketamine in his blood was above the limit.

Magistrates issued the arrest warrant without bail.
