A MAN was jailed for two week for harassing a woman in Newton Abbot by South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.
Craig Maxwell Harrison, aged 46, whose address was given as HMP Exeter, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Newton Abbot likely to cause the woman harassment, alarm or distress.
The court gave for the jail sentence: ‘Reason: Offence so serious because the offence was aggravated by the defendant's record of previous offending.’
He must pay £154 to fund victim services.
