SEVERAL caravans have encamped at Osbourne Park for the third time this year.

The latest unauthorised encampment of travellers moved into the Newton Abbot park on Friday, July 11.

It comes after a group encamped at the park in June and in May before that.

This year travellers have encamped at Osbourne Park, Bakers Park and Sandringham Park, as well as Forches Cross and Mill Marsh Park in Bovey Tracey.

It is the responsibility of the district authority to serve an eviction notice.

Teignbridge District Council have been contacted regarding the latest encampment.
