A MAN has been charged with sexually touching a woman.
The man, who is now aged 19 and lives near Newton Abbot, is accused of intentionally touching a woman, aged over 16, that was sexual and when she did not consent at Tunbridge Wells in September 2020.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court granted him unconditional bail to appear before Central Kent Magistrates’ Court on July 27 for a trial.
