A NEWTON Abbot community centre will be hosting a police surgery in the last week of August.

Members of the Newton Abbot Neighbourhood Team will be at the Buckland Centre on Tuesday, August 26.

Officers will be on hand from 10am until 12pm.

A spokesperson for the Newton Abbot Neighbourhood Team said: ‘Please take this opportunity to meet your local police team, raise any concerns you may have and to find out what we are doing to tackle the issues that matter to you.

‘Everyone is welcome and it would be great to see you there’.
