SOUTH West Water’s parent company, Pennon, is celebrating after having placed third for representation of women in management positions.
The company ranked third in the FTSE Women Leaders Review 2025 report.
Pennon say that the placement marks another ‘significant achievement’ in its ‘ongoing commitment to championing diversity, inclusion, and gender equality in leadership roles.’
The report ranks the best performers within the entire FTSE 250 by their representation of women on boards and in executive management.
