COUNCILLOR Lin Goodman-Bradbury is the new Mayor of Dawlish.
Town councillors unanimously agreed she would serve as Mayor for the coming year with Cllr Anthony James as her deputy.
Her charities for the year are Dawlish Against Plastic, The Strand Community Centre and Talking Newspapers Dawlish and Teignmouth.
She was given the chain of office by outgoing mayor Cllr Rosie Dawson.
One of her first duties was reading the historic proclamation to mark the national celebration of the first anniversary of the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
The proclamation was specifically written for the occasion and agreed with Buckingham Palace.
