A TEIGNMOUTH man has been sent for trial at the Crown Court accused of failing to comply with the requirements of the Sexual Offences Act.

Lewis Samual Stewart, aged 27, of St Patrick’s Close, faces three charges of being a relevant offender who failed to comply with the notification requirements that he was staying in a house for more than 12 hours where a child under 18 lives.

He was sent for trial at Exeter Crown Court and granted unconditional bail.
