A CHUDLEIGH man has denied three charges of sexually touching a woman without her consent.
Christopher Ken Ayre, aged 37, of Weavers Road, pleaded not guilty to three charges that he touched a woman aged over 16 sexually when he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting.
The alleged incidents happened in a pub in July of last year.
He is also charged with assaulting a man by beating outside the pub.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court adjourned the case to October 18 for a trial.
