SOMERSET author Justin Newland will sign copies of his new novel, The Abdication, at W H Smith in Courtenay Street, Newton Abbot, from 10am on Saturday, August 21.

The Abdication is a supernatural thriller in which a young woman confronts her faith in a higher purpose, and what it means to abdicate that faith.

He will also sign copies of his other novels: The Genes of Isis, The Old Dragon’s Head and The Coronation.

Justin writes secret histories in which real events and historical personages are guided and motivated by numinous forces - that’s history with a supernatural twist.
