WITH the Renters Rights Bill coming into effect shortly, Teignbridge District Council are running a free webinar outlining the changes.

Taking place from 10am to 12pm on Thursday, March 13, the online session will aim to provide a thorough understanding of the Renters Rights Bill, its implications for business and what they need to do to be compliant.

The session will cover: the new legal landscape for landlords; the new rights and protections afforded to tenants; the new processes following the removal of Section 21 and tips and strategies to ensure legal compliance and avoid penalties.
