OUTLINE planning permission is being sought for four new homes in Kenton.

The four new homes, if approved, would be built on a parcel of land around the house known as Shambles in Fore Street.

A previous application on the site for three new homes was previously approved by Teignbridge Council.

The site will ‘likely comprising a prospective housing mix of semi-detached and detached dwellings of three and four-bedroom properties’, the planning statement for 26/00401/OUT says.

The proposed access to the site would be achieved via an existing entrance from Fore Street, previously confirmed as safe and suitable through reserved matters approval.
