A NEWTON Abbot man who failed to follow supervision requirements following his release from prison has been fined.

Warren James Snell, aged 41, of Nelson Place, admitted the breach and was fined £120 and ordered to pay £60 costs by South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.

His failure to attend an appointment as required was described as ‘unacceptable.’
