A MAN who was drunk and disorderly in Market Street, Newton Abbot, has been fined £40.
Ashraf Aka Ashley Laaribi Aka Phipps-Warren, aged 39, of Victoria Road, Torquay, admitted the charge.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court also ordered him to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and £16 to fund victim services.
