Man failed to give breath test

A DRIVER who failed to give a breath test has been given an interim driving ban.

Paul Kevin Bergin, aged 54, of Coverack Close, Northampton, admitted that in Newton Abbot he failed to provide a breath test. The case was adjourned to November 23 and South and West Devon Magistrates’ Court imposed the interim ban.
