A NEWTON Abbot man has denied drink-driving in Penn Inn Close.
Titi Valentin Becheru, aged 43, of Penn Inn Close, has pleaded not guilty to driving with 90 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35 mcgs. The case was adjourned to February 28, 2023.
