Drink-driver Callum Brealey has been banned from driving for 14 months.
Brealey, aged 21, of Lime Tree Walk, Newton Abbot, pleaded guilty to driving while over the limit in St Lukes Road, Newton Abbot. He gave a reading of 55mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
He was also fined £310 and must pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and £124 to fund victim services.
The ban could be reduced by 14 weeks if he completes a course.
