Community order for trespass with intent to steal

A TEIGNMOUTH man was given a community order for trespass with intent to steal.

Kieren Paul Cann, aged 29, of Barnpark Terrace, Teignmouth East, admitted entering FACE Electrical at Number 7 Somerset Place in Teignmouth with intent to steal on December 12, 2021.

Newton Abbot Magistrates’ Court also ordered him to pay £430.50 compensation.

He also received a suspended prison sentence of five weeks for committing a further offence while under a suspended sentence for another offence.

Cann must also comply with a drug rehabilitation requirement of a community order after he admitted having a quantity of valium, or diazapam, in Teignmouth on October 14 of last year.
