A CARELESS driver from Kingsteignton has been fined £133.

Joseph James Slader, aged 20, of Broadway Avenue, admitted driving a BMW in Lower Preston Road, Newton Abbot, without due care and attention.

As well as the fine his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points. South and West Devon Magistrates' Court ordered him to pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and £53 to fund victim services.
