ORCHARD Millennium Green, in Buckfastleigh, is a green space created as part of 245 green spaces that were created for the benefit of local people.
The charity is chaired by Huw Cox, Mayor of Buckfastleigh.
This peaceful area provides a wonderful space where families can relax and friends can meet each other for a chat.
The trust would very much appreciate help from volunteers to help with grass cutting, flower beds and setting up for events that take place there.
The tea and coffee hut is opening for the season on Easter Sunday, April 9.
On 10th April this lovely tea and coffee hut, all manned by volunteers, will provide bacon baps to accompany the table top sale running from 10am-1pm.
Two other dates to remember is the annual duck race, with stalls and music on June 24 and the party in the park on June 25, where you can bring a picnic and listen to music.
