A TEENAGE boy’s injuries after being hit by a bus on Coombeshead Road have been described as not being ‘life changing or life threatening’ by police.

Police were called at 3.35pm on Wednesday, December 4, following the collision between a bus and the 14-year-old.

The boy was treated at the scene by ambulance and taken to Torbay Hospital.

He sustained several injuries, but ‘none were described as life changing or life threatening’ a spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police have said.

Ashburton Road was closed until just before 6pm.
