A CHUDLEIGH woman has been banned for 36 months for failing to provide a breath test.

Caroline Jane Snow, aged 40, of Lawn Gardens, changed her plea to guilty of failing to provide a specimen for a breath test after she was suspected of driving a vehicle.

The ban can be reduced by 36 weeks if Snow completes a course.

She was fined £80 and ordered to pay £114 to fund victim services. She was also placed under a community order by South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.
