Newton Abbot Photographic Club competed with Paignton and Torbay clubs for the Paul Stevens Trophy, on March 8, hosted by Torbay club.
Each club entered a mix of prints and DPIs, and all images were judged and scored out of a maximum 20.
It proved to be an excellent result for the Newton Abbot club who regained the Paul Stevens Trophy.
Overall scores were NAPC 325, Paignton 305, and Torbay 295.
NAPCs seven top scoring images each achieved 18 or 19 points out of 20.
NAPC chairman Chris Brown was delighted with the result and summed up: ‘It was a very enjoyable evening and thanks to our selectors who chose which images to enter, and of course to the photographers whose images were selected and were so successful.
‘Well done everyone!’
NAPC continues to meet on Tuesday evenings at the Courtenay Centre and more information can be found on: Facebook – Newton Abbot Photographic Club and www.newtonabbot-photoclub.org.uk
