A 71-YEAR-OLD Newton Abbot man has been accused of firing an air rifle from his home.
Peter Caraher, of Buckland Brake, is charged with using the .22 calibre air rifle to fire missiles from beyond his home premises on June 20 2021.
He is further accused, on the same date, of damaging a greenhouse belonging to Lee Pratt without lawful excuse intending to destroy or damage the property.
Caraher was remanded on conditional bail until July 5.
