A PLANNING application for as many as 40 homes has been refused by Teignbridge District Council.
The outline application sought permission for a rural exceptions development comprising up to 40 residential dwellings, associated open space and infrastructure.
The proposed development eyed up land to the north of Apple Tree Close, Chudleigh Knighton, for the homes.
