SIXTH form students at Trinity School in Teignmouth are celebrating their A Level and BTEC results after several years of hard work.

This year, 100per cent of students achieved an overall pass, with 76per cent of grades awarded at A to C and 21per cent at A.

At BTEC, all students achieved Merit or above.

This year’s success stories include Mariia Ilnytska who achieved particular success in Art alongside being the school’s Head Student and will study Art at university.

Oscar Baker will be going to Oxford Brooks University and Marc Shukha has secured a sports scholarship to study and play football in Indiana, USA.

Maryann Edokpolor completed her A levels a year early with fantastic results in maths, further maths, physics and chemistry.

Head Kate Unsworth said: ‘We are incredibly proud of our students and everything they have achieved.

‘Results Day is about much more than grades.

‘Every result represents years of hard work, perseverance and personal growth, and it is wonderful to see our students now preparing to take such exciting next steps.
