A TEIGNMOUH man who was caught speeding at 100mph in his Mercedes at Tolpuddle has been fined £230.
Peter Jamie Allan, aged 68, of Fountain Court, Little Triangle, pleaded guilty to speeding at 100mph in his Mercedes car on the A35 Tolpuddle Bypass where the speed limit is 70mph.
South and West Devon Magistrates' Court imposed six penalty points and as well as the fine he must pay costs of £90 and pay £34 to fund victim services.
