A Teignbridge drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Newtons Freehouse, a pub, bar or nightclub at 24-26 Highweek Road Newton Abbot Devon was given the score after assessment on March 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Teignbridge's 142 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 118 (83%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
