A GROUP of friends, all of whom happen to belong to Teignmouth Men’s Probus Club, have arranged for their second charity darts competition, and there is still time to enter a team.
The contest, which is to be held at Teignmouth Social Club on Thursday, May 25, will raise funds for the Dementia Society.
Last year’s competition raised £600, but this year organisers are hoping to raise £700.
New teams can still enter and join the teams already perfecrting their follow throughs ahead of the competition.
Local solicitors, Scott Richards, estate agents Dart and Partners and funeral directors, Oliver J. Knapman Funeral Service are but three of the teams already entered.
Teignmouth Social Club, which will also be butting heads in the contest, will be donating a buffet.

No such event worthy of the name would be without a raffle, prizes for which are also being sought.
