REMEDIAL work to Queen Street will be taking place this month.
Work to the Newton Abbot road will begin on Monday, October 20.
It is expected to last until Friday, November 7.
The work includes adding coloured surfaces and tactile paving at the newly constructed, raised pedestrian-priority side road crossings.
It will also include minor revisions to kerbs and cycle signage, as well as work to correct other signage.

In a letter sent to business in the area, Devon County Council (DCC) said: ‘To minimise disruption to local businesses, some work will be carried out during evening hours.
‘Any necessary road closures will be kept to minimum and will progress eastward from the Hopkins Lane junction to Devon Square.
‘Each junction is expected to take approximately two days to complete.
But prior to the remedial work, Devon County Council plan to monitor Queen Street.
Between October 16 and 19, vehicle counts, pedestrian numbers, loading bay activity, through traffic, double-yellow line compliant and so on will be documented.
