MAGISTRATES have ordered Newton Abbot man to pay a fine of £225 for failing to comply with a community order.

Jacob Brinton, 34, of Moorsend, admitted breaching the order and was further charged with paying costs of £135.

The order was imposed on February 26, 2020.

Brinton had failed, without reasonable excuse, to comply with the requirements of the order by failing to provide evidence for missed appointments.
