POLICE are appealing for witnesses and relevant footage after a man died following a collision on the A30.

Officers were called at around 5.50pm on Friday, November 14 following a report of the collision involving a grey VW Transporter on the westbound carriageway of the A30 near Pathfinder Village .

Sadly, as a result of the collision, the driver of the VW – a man in his 60s from Northamptonshire – was pronounced deceased at the scene.

A spokesperson for Devon & Cornwall Police said: ‘Officers would like to thank motorists for remaining patient while investigation work was carried out.

‘Anyone with any information regarding the collision or relevant dash-cam footage, is asked to contact police via our website or by calling 101 quoting log number 693 of 14/11/2025’.
