POLICE searched a property in Teignmouth yesterday, Friday, as part of an ongoing investigation into the supply of Class A and B drugs in the area.

Teignmouth police report on their Facebook page: ‘A Misuse of Drugs Act warrant was granted by the courts to conduct a search of a private property in Teignmouth under #Operation Tarak.

‘Officers from the Teignmouth Neighbourhood Team along with the Police Force Support Group and drugs dog ‘Monty’ searched the property.

‘This was a positive result with associated items seized.

‘This forms part of an ongoing investigation into the supply of Class A and B drugs in the area.
