THREE charities will benefit from a special event tomorrow, Friday April 22.

Dawlish Community Transport (DCT) , the Friends of Dawlish Hospital, and Dawlish Gardens Trust, which helps people with learning disabilities, hidden impairments, sensory impairments train and gain vocational experience and employment, are holding a garden party in the beautiful grounds of Luscombe Castle, courtesy of castle owners Sir David and Simon Hoare.

Entry costs £4 and includes coffee and biscuits. All proceeds will go towards the local charities.

There’ll be plenty of stalls to browse with cakes and plants for sale, and things to see and enjoy, including a tombola.

The party starts at 11am and will close at 2.30pm. Free transport offered by DCT is available, with pick-ups at the end of The Drive on Church Street opposite West Cliff Road.
