A MAN has denied he persistently used a public communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another person.
Timothy Marc Warner, aged 56, of Station Road, Madely, Telford, pleaded not guilty to the charge which was allegedly committed at Newton Abbot between August 13 and 21 in 2021.
He was remanded on unconditional bail to appear before Plymouth District Magistrates’ Court on March 21 for a case management hearing.
