AN end of life support charity is better off by a thousands pounds thanks to the generosity of a rural village show.
Representatives from the Christow & District Show presented Marie Curie with a cheque for £1,000, which has raised off the back of the the 2025 show.
The Show said it was proud to have fund-raised for the charity.
A spokesperson for the show said: ‘This achievement is a testament to the generosity of the local community and the dedication of everyone involved in organising and supporting the event.
‘The funds will help Marie Curie continue their vital work caring for people with terminal illnesses and supporting their families when it matters most.
This year, the Christow & District Show is supporting Devon Air Ambulance.
