THE CASE of an Ipplepen man convicted of motoring offences has been adjourned by magistrates.

James Bruce, 56, of Luscombe Close, was convicted of three offences by magistrates in Wiltshire.

He was found to have driven an HGV Isuzu two axle vehicle without a licence for that class of vehicle on June 30 2021 at Plymouth.

On the same date, the vehicle exceeded the weight as shown on the lifting certificate.

Again on the same date, Bruce failed to record working times or time spent driving a vehicle for commercial operations.

The case was adjourned until May 25 due to unforeseen circumstances.
