A DRIVER has pleaded not guilty to failing to provide a breath test sample when asked to provide one at Dawlish.
Jack Page, aged 31, of Pinn Close, Uxbridge, denied the charge at South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.
He was remanded on unconditional bail to appear before Plymouth District Magistrates’ Court on September 29 for a trial.
