A MAN has been charged with causing the death of another man by driving without due care and attention.
Darren Crocombe, 44, of Barton Drive, Newton Abbot, is charged with the offence on October 2, 2020.
He is accused of causing the death of Robert Hoo-Hing, who died on October 3 2020, by driving a black Mercedes on Newton Road, Kingsteignton, without due care and attention.
The case was adjourned until March 10.
