AN Abbotskerswell man accused of breaching a criminal behaviour order and possessing cannabis appeared before South and West Devon Magistrates' Court.
Robert Close, aged 57, of Windsor Avenue, has been charged with possessing 0.71 grams of cannabis.
He also faces charges of breaching a criminal behaviour order twice by entering Torquay Harbour, on on July 10 and 20, which he was prohibited from doing,
The case was adjourned to August 2 and he was granted unconditional bail.
