SWIMMING sessions at Devon's oldest outdoor pool will cost just £2 this Saturday as the pool celebrates its 124th year.

Buckfastleigh Open Air Pool will be celebrating this impressive milestone on Saturday, July 8.

There will a lane swimming session from 9am to 10.30am, and fun swimming sessions thereafter.

The fun swimming sessions are from 11am to 12pm, 12.30pm to 1.30pm, 2pm to 3pm, 3.30pm to 4.30pm and 5pm to 6pm.

There will also be a hot tub, stalls, games in the park, pizza and cake.

As a part of the celebrations, each swimming session on the day will cost just £2.

Elsewhere, the pool will be hosting an '80s Revival Night' from 9.30pm to 10.30pm on Friday, July 14.
