New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to five of Teignbridge’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to two restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: The Orange Hut at Lower Point Car Park Strand Teignmouth; rated on July 25

• Rated 5: Stover Golf Club at Stover Newton Abbot Devon; rated on July 21

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: King William at King William Iv Inn 19 Northumberland Place Teignmouth; rated on July 25

• Rated 5: Union Inn at Denbury Green Denbury Devon; rated on July 24
