New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Teignbridge’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Papa Noosh, at 135 Queen Street Newton Abbot Devon was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 1.

And Ali's Pizza And Kebab House, at 116 Queen Street Newton Abbot Devon was given a score of two on September 1.

It means that of Teignbridge's 94 takeaways with ratings, 76 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
